Fall Equinox ~ Virtual Gathering

The autumn equinox is a time of balance, surrender and preparing for the inward journey of winter. During this time of equal daylight and darkness, we can glean inspiration to cultivate equanimity within. This is a time of harvest, of gathering what we will need in the upcoming colder, darker months. As the leaves fall from the trees, we too can release what is no longer needed to create space for what will nourish us most.
