About the event
Sacred Sessions are available to explore Yoga Asana (posute), Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation, Yoga Nidra (sleep-based, guided meditation), Chanting, Altar-Making, Home Blessings, Breathwork & Rapé (tobacco snuff) and/or sananga (eyedrop plant medicine) and plant/animal medicine preparation and integration.
These sessions are individualized. Through deep listening and honest reflection, we will work together to create a safe container for whatever it is you are wanting support with (rest, energy, grounding, healing, etc.). You can come to these sessions with a specific intention or simply show up as you are and we'll feel into what is needed most in the moment.
Offered on a sliding scale between $75-$200 per session. Choose 60, 75, 90 or 120 minutes.
After you register online, you will receive an email to schedule your session. * These sessions can be held via Zoom or, weather permitting, outside at my home in Swannanoa, NC. I will also consider traveling to your home locally.
