The Spring Equinox is a time of balance, reflecting our own need for equanimity and harmony. It is also a time of transition and new beginnings; an emergence from the darkness of winter into the bright sun of spring. Spring is a powerful season to plant and carry out the insights gathered during our inward journey of winter. From having spent time within, we have the spiritual and physical energy to burst forward into the light of spring with strength and clarity. All around, the world is waking up: flowers are budding and blooming, baby animals are being born, bears are awakening from their winter slumber. We too, are a part of this cyclical rhythm. The warmth and renewal of spring invite us to wipe the sleep from our eyes, to stretch, grow and move toward the light.

Join us in cultivating balance within and celebrating the long, bright days ahead!

In this virtual celebration we will celebrate through astrology, writing, ritual, yoga nidra, chanting, drumming, breathwork, song and community!
