About the event

I invite you to join me outside at my home in Swannanoa for a Devotional Song Share & Eisteddfod on Saturday 5/17 from 2-4pm


"Eisteddfod" (eh-steth-fod) is a Welsh word meaning "to sit." The Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids defines Eisteddfod as "A Bardic festival of the arts, from the Welsh, meaning ‘a session or assembly.’"


This will be an opportunity to sing, pray and create together in community. You are invited to bring a song of praise, gratitude, grief, joy, growth/love from any culture or practice or a poem, prayer, story, piece of art or a spontaneous act of creativity to share with the group. You can also just come to listen and receive.


It may also be nice to have a musical instrument (drum/rattle/guitar, etc.). Medicine songs and rainbow songs are also welcomed!
